This product is for a Write the Room center. There are 10 ice cream cones with 10 different colors. The word for the color is on the ice cream. You print out the ice cream cones (in color or in black and white and then color them), laminate them and tape them up around your classroom. The students take a clipboard, a worksheet, a pencil and a box of crayons around the room. When he/she finds an ice cream cone, then he/she writes the color word next to the correct number. The student also colors in the ice cream cone the correct color. Students love doing Write the Room. I think it is really the clipboard that they love. Who doesn't feel important when you are carrying a clipboard around a classroom?
