Save Your Copy Count! Who isn't worried about copy count these days? I created this packet because my copy count couldn't stand up to a copy a day being used for morning work. So this morning work is only on a half a page, meaning that you use only half the copy count each week. You print the pages out and cut them in half. Then the students cut apart the squares that contain alphabet letter and match them. Then the students glue these squares to a paper. Each of my students uses a spiral notebook for their morning work.
This morning work includes:
Matching upper case letters
Matching lower case letters
Matching upper and lower case letters
Tracing letters
There are enough pages for 50 mornings. This can be differentiated also. You can have the students put the letters in alphabetical order. You can also have the students draw a picture or write a word that begins with the letter.
